We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I have a problem with the deposits. Indeed, I would like to impose a deposit on certain services and others not. For services with a deposit, no problem, everything works, but for services where I do not want to ask for a deposit, Amélia still imposes a payment even though the deposit is €0 (see attached)
I tried by deactivating the deposit on the service, but in this case Amélia requires you to pay the total amount of the service online, or by setting the deposit to 0€ and that still poses a problem, because Amélia asks when even enter my bank card to pay 0€.
How to do please?

Hi Célia,
Thanks for reaching out to us. If you want some services to have a deposit option, and some not, there is no reason to keep the deposit option activated for those services that you don't want to have this option enabled. Even though it is configured to 0, Amelia will still recognize the deposit option enabled and it will display this step, no matter the pricing. I see the workaround that you wanted to achieve by keeping the deposit option activated, but since it's an online payment method it will always ask to pay the whole amount in advance. Unfortunatelly, it's not possible to configure the workaround for this, you can either enable the deposit (and keep it on 0) or you can disable it completely.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

ah, so it's not very logical because we have to activate the deposit or a payment no matter what? otherwise how can I authorize payment in full "on site" only for certain services and not for all?
Hi,
The deposit option is not mandatory, while the payment option must be enabled (at least "on site"). Since you are using the online payment method, the whole amount will be requested automatically. If enabled, even though the deposit is zero, it will still ask to enter the credit card details. According to the screenshots, you can use Stripe, but this also allows you to have the "on site" payment method enabled along with Stripe (which is not the case with WooCoomerce). You can enable or disable each payment method separately for each service, so you can choose which service to have Stripe and which to have the "on-site".
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
