How can I get Amelia to look at availability across multiple calendars that are showing on an employee's calendar? If I have Cal1 on my calendar and it shows busy at 1pm, and I have Cal2 also showing on my calendar with an appointment at 2pm, then Amelia should be able to see that I'm not available from 1 - 3. Is that possible?
Not sure what you are asking exactly but we will explain how Amelia works and what are here possibilities.
You can connect 1 Google calendar and 1 Outlook calendar and Amelia can check the availability for those 2 calendars only.
Amelia can not check multiple Google or Outlook calendars or any shared calendars. It can only check 1 calendar at a time (1 Google calendar and 1 Outlook) that is connected in employee profile.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
