My calendar is all full for July and august with an event takin place every day. Yet, customers for some odd reason are able to book any date in august, though august should be all blocked.
what I meant is that I have a training (moved training just for the purpose of checking the calendar) that will start in July and it will end in august but if you try to book an appointment ion august Amelia will let you. In reality though august should be fully booked.
From what I can see, you have events on July 17th, 18th, and 19th, then on August 2nd, 7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th. They are all assigned to both employees and when I check the front-end calendar, I see this:

I see you updated Amelia to 7.7 and now, when I try and book an appointment on the front-end, it's blocked until September 2nd. There are two dates showing as available (July 18th and July 19th) but that's related to the working hours of the employee and the duration of the events booked for these two days. The event ends at 17:00:
The service "Top Ups 4-6 weeks" (for example) lasts 1:30h, while the employee works until 19:00 on Thursdays and Fridays, so there are 2 hours that allow booking for these dates:
And this is why these two dates show as available, but August is fully blocked for me now:
