Hello,
i purchase standard subscription but it is not activated, I put the activation code in activation tab in setting and it show that it is activated but , some features like folder is not there , it is look same as not activated nothing different. how to solve this .

The Folders Feature is not included in the Standard licence - it is only available in our Pro and Developer licences, as we pointed out in the Documentation.
You can compare all the features between all Plans in the Plugin back-end Dashboard, under "Lite vs Premium".
You can also see this on the pricing Page, but here in the Dashboard, we show more details about each specific feature, etc.
If you don't have any installation now on your WordPress, you can easily see this on our Demo Sandbox Website.
At this point, if you need to have the Folders feature, you can get a full refund for your current licence;
then you can purchase a new Pro licence with the discount on our Site.
Here is the process how to get your refund :
Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
