This time I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video?
When a new customer registers, how can we as admins get an email that a new registration has been made by a new customer with the information of his contact details he/she filled in?
Like in a simple contact form 7, when a new registration is done, we want to get an email with all infos :)
I know it is possible, we just cannot find it :) Because another driving school recommended this plugin and they get that email from amelia :)
When a customer books and appointment is booked only customer and employee get the notifications.
But in settings notifications settings you have option to add additional mail address that will receive all notifications that are being sent form Amelia
As for data that this will contain just go to notifications and choose placeholder that you will add to notifications template and in that way you will see the datata that are filled in

If you had conflict of roles then please try again to update events since you created new emplyoee remove it from events if the same employee is there and add it again and purge the cache.
See then if the events will appear when you create conflict in Amelia we can not say what sorts of conflict are created all over Amelia. That is way you must avoid creating this. If this doe snot help we suggest that you delete all users that had conflicts and create new ones with new address and add them to those events and appointments.

So I added today a new "User" with a role "Amelia employee" with a different address... and when i logged in, the events were gone for the employee
