is it possible to show the buffer time in the client's calender entry? We are using Google Calender and added 30 minutes of buffer time after an appointment. For now, the calender entry for the employee has the buffer time included (as per our settings), but the clients .ics-file has the regular appointment-time in it. (e.g. 2 hours).
We'd love to include the buffer time into the appointment, so the clients can choose an 2 hour-appointment, but have 30 minutes for preparations as an add-on.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. The buffer time can be only configured in the backend and it's visible in terms of "gaps" between the timeslots. For example, if you configure the buffer time after to 30 minutes, and the appointment time is 10 AM to 12PM, the next one will be from 12:30 PM.
