When I add a new service, Amelia won't let customers use existing packages to book the new service - is there a way of fixing this?

Hi Shauna,
Thanks for reaching out to us. All existing packages need to be edited if you have added new services. If a customer already purchased a package before you've created a service, he will be able to book an appointment only for the services that were a part of the package previously. You would need to edit the package (add new service/s) and then, a customer would need to purchase a new (edited) package.
