Did you upgrade to 7.6.2 version and did you purge the cache? We had an issue with 7.6.1 version and in settings activation, you needed to turn off load entities on page load and to purge the cache after that all should be working fine. But this issue should be fixed in 7.6.2 version if you did not update to 7.6.2 version please do and purge the cache and let us know if everything is fine then.
I have everything updated, even Amelia in its latest version, I have cleared the cache at the page and server level, I even disabled the cache plugin and it still doesn't work.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
