Something is not set properly for example if you have to big buffer times and they are counted in service length then those service will not show as available. If you have a service that last 2 hours and you have 3 hours buffer time and you set that your emplyoee is working only 4 hours in special days those services will not be available.

Please check your settings and if you do not find the issue please send us couple of screenshots of services and of the special days so that we can take a closer look.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We will gladly take a look but please send us either new screenshots what exactly the issue is what days with what employees or you can send us a short one minute video of the issue we need to see the issue and understand it better to be able to test check and help you better.

We will gladly take a look but you have to tell which employee has this issue and for what days? We can not check this by heart for all of them. Please give a little more information and couple of screenshots with example and will gladly take a look.
