Hello everyone,
even after the new update, package booking does not work with Woocomerce.
A customer buys a package via Woocomerce, I see the order there.
I now have to mark the order as completed so that the package
can be activated by amelia. But since the update to 7.6.1, this
process with the packages is no longer possible.
Please fix this error.
I will now downgrade again to version 7.4.
This is the last working one.
kind regards Andreas
Thanks for reaching out to us. There have been some major changes on WooCoomerce side so we've had to make some changes on our side to avoid conflict. The best option would be to provide the WP admin credentials (before downgrading) so we can inspect and fix the issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. I see you've made some changes in WooCoomerce rules
This is how it should be, by default
I went ahead and booked a test package through the booking form (front end). It was paid via WooCoomerce and if I go the packages, I can see my test customer in Packages
According to this, it does like it's working properly. Perhaps I'm missing something?
everything is working perfectly again. And now even in German, that´s new. Many thanks for your effort. How can I show myself grateful? / How can I thank you?
