I need that when users go to buy their event it comes with taxes included in the price, in Spain it is mandatory by law. I don't mean that the taxes are included in the cart because they are already included, I mean that when they choose the number of people that are going to attend the event the price comes with the taxes included.
To enable taxes, simply access Amelia’s Settings -> Payments, and flip the “Enable Taxes” switch. Once enabled, you’ll be able to choose whether the taxes you configure will be excluded from the calculated price (shown separately) or included in the price of your services, extras, events, and packages.
Excluded taxes: If taxes are excluded, they will be added separately to the listed price. For example, if an item costs $100 and excludes 10% tax, the price displayed to the customer is $100, and the total cost will be $110 with the tax added.
Included taxes: If taxes are included, they are part of the displayed price. For example, if an item costs $100 and includes a 10% tax, the price displayed to the customer is $100, which already includes the $10 tax.
Thanks for your quick answer marko but even with this option activated the taxes are still not added, I show you here the screenshots where you can see it:
I have the option activated, I do the test because the price is 5€ with taxes included and as you can see when I go to pay it adds the taxes again.
We did not quite get that you the issue that you are adding taxes 2 times. You can not use Ameli tax option and WooCommerce tax option. You can either use one or the other.
The Amelia tax option is mostly implemented for people that does not use WooCommerce and their tax option. So you can either use Amelia or WooCommerce tax option not both.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
I understand what you say but if I put the product without taxes and add the tax of amelia (because this way I get the price + taxes when choosing the people who will attend, ie, I get that it will cost me 5€ per person and not 4.13€ which is without taxes) does not specify me when I go to pay that has taxes included then we are in the same.
Is there no way that if amelia's taxes are included it is specified when I am going to pay that taxes are included?
Here you can see when I go to checkout with amelia taxes added and product tax in woocommerce removed.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that it works in the following way. If it is excluded on the payments step on the form, the tax will be calculated/displayed - that is, if the tax is 10% and the price of the service is 100, then 10 will be added and the final price will be 110.
If it is included on the payments step, it will only show the price of the service, that is, 100 and they will write tax included - that means the price of the booking will be 100, and if the tax is 10%, in the payment details it will be written on the Finance page, the tax will be 10 for that booking. But since it's included, you put the price in advance. Amelia doesn't do any calculations because you put the included price in advance, and it's understood that you put the price with tax.
If you have some other issue please send us a short one minute video where we can see the exact issue and we will try to help as best as we can.

Hello again,
We will test this perhaps there is an issue with TAX included option. Can you please try and use the excluded option for now?
As soon as we have more information we will reach out to you again on this ticket.
