We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello, I need help with the panel customer. I'm trying to login but he always gave me the error that the email or the password is incorrect but it's impossible because i changed the password twice and he always gave me the errore.

    And when i try to reset the password there isn't any link in the email that Amelia sends me when I try to reset the password.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Make sure that you have appointments booked (with some new mail not with admin or employee mail since this will create conflict of roles) you can not log in if you do not have appointment booked. You need to add a customer panel placeholder to your appointment-approved notifications like this for example

    And when they book for the first time and when they click on the link they will be redirected automatically to set the password and the user name will always be the mail that they used during the purchase.

    You need to do this also for customer panel access as well copy and add this %customer_panel_url% there and when they forgot password they will be able to reset it.

    This should help.
