People have suddenly been unable to book via my agenda for more than a week. This happened when an event was first fully booked. A few people cancel. I take them out. And when the agenda is set to - available - again, people cannot book and they see error messages. Sometimes the page remains on: please be patient.
Sometimes the page continues. But then they get an extensive error message on the woocommerce page.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
It might also be good to know that I can register someone via Amelia's back office in the WP site.
