Thanks for reaching out to us. This depends on the payment method that you've configured primarily, but this information is visible in the backend, for each appointment separately. For example, if you have configured online payment methods such as Stripe, PayPal and etc, it will always be registered as online with the information on which online payment method has been used. If you only have the "on site" payment methods, it will say "on site" in the backend, for an individual appointment.
Hi, the client would like to see if the customer has paid online or is choosing on-site payment. Is it possible to add this to the notification email?
