    Hi, I am using the Amelia pro plugin, and I am having an issue:

    I have several rooms across two locations, which are Moka and Mangalkhan.

    Each location has about 10 rooms.

    2 categories have been created in the services for the 2 locations. And then a service has been created for each room and assigned to their respective categories.

     I even created resources for the rooms. The rooms are available to all the assigned employees, but two employees cannot book the same room at the same time, which is the issue I am facing now. 

    For example, if employee 1 has booked Room A for 1 July 2014 at 14:00 to 15:00, employee 2 should not be able to book the room for 1 July 2014 at 14:00 to 15:00 as the room should be occupied by only 1 employee.

     If you could, please assist. Please find images below that you can use for reference, and feel free to ask me anything.

    My sincerest apology, there was an error on this ticket from my end - I wrote a reply, but it somehow did not get sent properly.

    It seems this is the same issue/use-case which you are describing to colleague Uros on the other ticket, right?

    If we understand, basically, in your example, the Room A is somehow available in the same time slot which is already occupied, and you wish to avoid having that double-booking/

    in other words, that room should not allow for more than 1 employee to book it at the same time?


    We are passing these details, and we can merge all the informations here, if you agree, since it is best to keep everything under the same ticket.

    My colleague Uros will reply as quickly as possible, we will work together to help you resolve this.

     It happens that i have configured the services and ressources correctly. But i have the issue with only one location. The other location is working fine.


    I have 2 locations Moka and Mangalkhan, both have same configurations. However, i don't have the issue with double-booking   in the same time slot at mangalkhan. Moka has the same configuration but i am having this issue :  room is allowing more than 1 employee to book  at the same time. 


    Can you please advise.
