In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, I've tried to update from the free lite version to the standard version without success. I tried both plugin installation ways (via Wordpress and ftp), but when I want to put the code, the code box is forbbiden.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you will have to download the Standard version of the plugin that you can find on the TMS store.
After that, install it on your website, clear the cache and it should be fine.

Thank you for the update on this.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Its working fine now, It try several times and diferent things. Like deleting cache, etc.
Now Im struggling with the SMTP mail services, but I will try all that I know before open a new ticket.
