Thanks for reaching out to us. Just a few details to understand a bit better the use case. The screenshot is from the booking form where the extras are not available for selection when a certain customer wants to book an appointment?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks for the credentials. So I went ahead and created a test service and test employee. The employee will see all the appointment information on the employee panel like this 

As you can see, all the information is visible here, and you can see "extras test" as the extra that the customer has chosen.

This is how it is visible on the front end (what customer see)

I'm I missing something?

Thanks for the additional information. Apparently, looks like the appointment for July 15 is not booked for the employee " THE WORLD OF SPICY | Evry 91". In the appointment section, the customer "Divine Tsakala" has an appointment, but the employee is this one 

To be precise, nothing has been selected as extra for this appointment 

I went ahead and logged in as "THE WORLD OF SPICY | Evry 91" to the employee panel. Booked a test appointment with some extras selected. While logged in, here is how the appointment is shown in the employee panel

Yet again, all information is visible here, as well as extras.
