    Good day,

Is it possible to change the diary times to be in increments of 5 minutes or even per minute please. We are having problems in our studio with overlap. Basically we have appointments for 10am and 1:30pm each appointment lasts 2hrs or 3.5hrs. The issue is if someone books 10am for it then stops someone booking 1:30pm as the system sees that as an overlap of 1 minute so it’s a right pain.

Its also impossible to reschedule someone if they want to change a pre-booked time to say an hour later or bring it forward 30 minutes. An override feature would be helpful here so that you could force an appointment re-schedule outside of the fixed parameters.

Secondly is it possible for you to add a function to vouchers were by as a voucher starts to reach its expiry date that a reminder is sent out to the client who purchased it via e-mail. Basically add a window to add their e-mail address and add the reminder function like the appointment to reminder to it.

Currently we have 4 expired vouchers sitting in Amelia and all because the client has not checked their voucher and been reminded of the expiry date. This feature would help many businesses and I don't know why it has not been asked for before.

    Many thanks,

    John

    Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out to us. The increments can be changed in General settings, there is an option called "Default Timeslot Step". By default, it is configured to 30 minutes but you can change it according to your liking. This will allow you to change the increments while configuring the service duration and etc.

Regarding the voucher reminder, unfortunately, currently, there is no option to configure this. While there is an option to set the reminders, there is no placeholder that will read the coupon expiration date. Reminders are just notification templates that are set at the pre-defined time, but as said, there are only placeholders to read the coupons, but not an expiration date.

Feel free to suggest this as a feature on our feature suggestion page. You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    Kind Regards,
