Followed the video for both the Google and Zoom integration. Google shows successful but the Zoom integration to the employee page does not show a Zoom user in the dropdown for selection. An error code appears (see attached)
Also, created a test appointment but no email appears in the receiver inbox. Should emails be sent to the client since they are already 'checked' in the email notifications panel?
It looks like the username is registered as %LAJ and etc, but if I use the same username as provided and password, I'm still not able to log in, unfortunately.
Here is something that you can double-check. During Zoom setup, you need to make sure that you use OAuth technology instead of JWT. This is the most common issue when a Zoom account is not available and you see issues when you open employee settings. You can also find more information regarding integration on this link.
I was referring to this option in Amelia / Zoom integration settings
Amelia usually shows the issue in employee window when there is something related to the integration settings. My point was to check if the "server to server OAuth" is enabled in Amelia since I see that the Zoom application is activated.
My apologies for the confusion. I did try to separate the tickets for Zoom and Google. This ticket should be about Zoom as I'm still having issues with the info being populated in the meeting invite. I went back into the Zoom Marketplace App and checked "ON" a bunch of Scopes but still no links within customer email. I have to manually go to Zoom grab the URL and add it to my Google calendar instead.
So let me know if I should continue with this ticket or set up a new one to get this issue resolved.
I also will create a new WP admin account for you to access.
Regarding the Zoom integration, you should be only adding the other scopes (that's what the issue in the developers console says). You won't be able to send any notifications until the notifications are configured properly. The Zoom links are only sent through the notifications, so if you already opened a new ticket regarding the notifications, you can continue the troubleshooting on that ticket.
Also, make sure that the employees are connected to the Zoom account. Once the integration is done, you should be able to see the Zoom account in the expanding menu.

How can I resolve these issues in order to test?

Hi Louise,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I saw your other ticket with the credentials, but, unfortunately, they are not correct.
Can you please double check and send them again?
Kind Regards,
