Hello friends of Amelia. We have an issue with displaying availability for appointments. When I check the appointments for July, it shows almost all days as red and unavailable. If I go back to June (or forward to August) and then return to July, all appointments are correctly shown in blue and available. Help me!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Interesting, haven't seen this issue before, it's probably a conflict.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the credentials and further details. Well, it's not recommended to have multiple booking forms on the same page (haven't been a practice by other customers), but I doubt that issue is related to having two or more booking forms on the same page. I went ahead a tested the same setup on our server, the timeslots are displayed properly, whatsoever. Previously we had an issue when two different booking forms were displayed on the same page, but v1 and v2 (they are written in different technologies), but let me investigate a bit more and I will get back to you as soon as I have more information.
After further troubleshooting, we have identified this as a bug and we will address this for a future update. Unfortunatelly, can't promise ETA at this moment, but you can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
