Good afternoon, I am experiencing a lot of problems with clients due to the booking plugin. They refuse to make appointments on the site, as they say they encounter numerous difficulties. Eventually, they give up and book by phone. This takes up too much of my time and I am starting to see no point in having online booking on my site.
One hundred percent of my clients make appointments using a mobile phone. That's where the problems occur. Let's start with the first one.
I decided to try to make an appointment on my own website. The first thing I encountered was that I could not move beyond the stage of selecting a time for the appointment. I choose a time, I press it. I press it many times. Nothing happens. No response. I do not move to the next booking stage. I didn't take screenshots or record a video, because how I tap the appointment time on the phone can't be shown in a photo or video.
Please, do not respond by saying that everything works on your devices and the problem is with mine. I have already heard such a response. There is nothing wrong with my device. It is not the clients who should adapt their devices to the plugin, but the plugin should work on all devices.

There are two options called "Load Entities on page load" and "Enable usage for older IE browsers" in Activation settings. You want to disable these two options since they are creating a conflict with the recent update. This will fix the issue of not all steps visible on the booking form.

I've just tested the booking form from your website on my mobile phone. The whole booking form is working properly. Here are the screenshots of the booking form. As you can see, I'm able to select the date and time and the next step is customer information.
According to this, the booking form is working properly. Perhaps, you can provide a video showcasing the issue that you are experiencing?

Thanks for the video, i've just tested again. Unfortunatelly, I'm not able to reproduce the issue. The booking form is displayed correctly, the timeslots are appearing and I'm able to select them. Yet again, I'm testing this on my mobile phone. It's hard to investigate the use case if the issue is happening occasionally. I'm using Android, but I suppose that your customers are also using different mobile phones (operating systems / not limited to IOS)

I completely agree and understand your perspective. However, what I'm trying to convey is that I'm currently unable to replicate the issue that the other users are experiencing. As you know, when an issue occurs sporadically, it becomes quite challenging to reproduce and thoroughly investigate.
Given the nature of this intermittent problem, it is indeed difficult to gather comprehensive information from all the different customers and test each use case individually. I believe you would agree that this makes it even more complicated to pinpoint the root cause, by collecting the information from all users separately.
At this point, it seems reasonable to consider that the issue might be related to the users' individual devices. Therefore, I would recommend that users double-check their settings by clearing cookies and cache. This might help in resolving the issue on their end.
