I am creating a project for a website where users can reserve differents activities in a town. My problem comes when a user tries to make a reservation outside of the allowed time, as the program does not allow it. I would like my program to allow users to make a reservation outside of the time limit. In other words, for example, if there is a zumba class from 10:00 to 12:00, a user could make a reservation for that class until 11:59. How could I do this?
Thanks for reaching out to us. This is possible with the events feature. For example, you have an event with the time from 10 AM to 12PM, there are two options "Booking opens immediately" and "Booking opens when events starts". By default, these two are checked, but if you unchecked them, you can configure the precise date and time
Please, let me know if this is what you are looking for or if there are anything else that I can assist you with.
Thank you for your response, but we would need this feature for appointments. For example, we have a pool service that is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and it is important that appointments can be made even after the service has started, but before it has ended. This is a service, not an event.
Unfortunatelly, currently, there is no option to configure this for appointments.
