1. I would like to know how many appointments my clients have left within their packages. Where can I see this information from the back end?
2. Also, from the backend, how do I book an appointment for the client’s behalf within their package?
Up to know, I have been entering the customer’s front end panel using the link from the notification emails,…but this strategy does not always work, since it sometimes asks me for an email and password…this strategy also makes the booking notifications arrive to the clients in the backend time zone, which is not the same as the client’s time zone.
In the backend Clients tab, I can see the quantity of appointments done, but it is not clear if these are part of a package, and when a booking is cancelled and programmed again, it counts “2” appointments done as separate bookings. For instance, if a client has a package of 5 bookings and he cancelled one and then set it again, the clients tab information will show “6 bookings done” even if one of them was a cancelled or reprogrammed…in this case I cannot know how many appointments are left within the package.
When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. I would like to know how many appointments my clients have left within their packages. Where can I see this information from the back end? - You can see that in services - packages - manage packages like this
2. Also, from the backend, how do I book an appointment for the client’s behalf within their package? - The same way you check this you click on a package ant then you click to book an appointment like this
This should help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
It was very hard for me to find Services-Packages-Manage Package because I am looking at amelia’s platform in Spanish, …and there is a translation mistake in the program,..instead of “Manage Package”..which in Spanish should read “Administra el Paquete”or “Gestión del Paquete”, the button says “Manage Languages” (“Gestion de Idiomas”) which has nothing to do with it.
I would appreciate if you can correct this translation mistake.
The "Manage Packages" button reads "Manage Languages" in Spanish. I hope that translation mistake can get corrected over there. It must say "Gestión de Paquetes" in Spanish.
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you. We do not have translators in our company or translations were completed by our users and we will forward this to appropriate sector. Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Dear Marko
That video was very useful. Thank you very much.
The "Manage Packages" button reads "Manage Languages" in Spanish. I hope that translation mistake can get corrected over there. It must say "Gestión de Paquetes" in Spanish.
Have a great day.
Best Regards
