Please try and delete this template and type in a new one and save. As for not sending notifications you do not have any notification enabled you unchecked them all
You need to check the boxes and then notifications can be sent.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You can not delete the notifications as such but you can change the templates
But we can not help with notifications and why you do not receive them since you are using the third party plugin so you need to reach out to their support team
We can only help with notifications when you are using SMTP but when you are using PHP mail or WP mail for that you need to reach out to their support team or to change the settings to SMTP.
