I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about setting up service appointments in Amelia with session tracking. We offer multiple services such as EMS and massage, and we would like to implement a system where each service includes a specific number of sessions.
For example, if a customer purchases an EMS package, they receive 8 sessions. After each session, the number of remaining sessions should automatically update in the customer's account, displaying the new total (e.g., 7 sessions remaining after one session is completed).
Could you please guide me on how to set this up using the Amelia plugin? Any instructions, tutorials, or documentation you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reaching out to us. This is possible to configure with our feature called "packages". This will allow you to create a package of services with a certain number of appointments that a customer can use once a package is purchased. Please, find more information on this link. Please note that you need to have at least a Pro license to use this feature.
Unfortunatelly, this is not possible to configure in Amelia. Once your customers enter your website with the booking form, they will able to choose a service, date and time, enter customer information, and book an appointment. Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users).
You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.
