Since the update we have been having an issue with Amelia
On the back end, it seems to be perpetually loading so cannot view bookings without exporting them. All backend pages are affected. I have looked online for similar issues and found a thread that recommended deselecting Load entities, however whenever I try to do this I get an error code 'Request failed with status code 500'
On the front end of the website, we are having the same issue in that the booking widget is not loading so therefore people are not able to book slots

Here is what you need to do. Deactivate Amelia from plugins section, clear the cache, activate it again, and clear the cache once more and Amelia should "pick up" the missing column.
Hi Stefan, I've tried what you have suggested and it doesn't seem to work - both the front and back end are still loading. Yesterday I also tried fully deleting Amelia and reinstalling the plugin which didn't work either
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
