Hi, my Managers are unable to edit the users with the Amelia Customer role, no matter what capabilities I grant them.
I've granted them all the capabilities available on WordPress via the User Role Editor plugin, but they still can't edit them. The only ones who can edit them are the Administrators, even when they have the same set of capabilities than the Managers.
What I mean by edit them is to go to the Users section in WP Admin, select one of the users, and click in the Edit link. The Edit link just doesn't show for the users with the Amelia Customer role, except when you are a WP Admin.
Thanks for the access. Just to check if I understood this correctly. When you are logged in as WP user that has Amelia Manager use role, you are not able to edit the WP users with Amelia Customer user roles?
I've just logged in and switched to the WP user named "Adolfo Blanco" and then went to the Amelia Customers. I'm able to see the "edit" function for a random customer
If I give Txelldu the role of Amelia Manager, instead of Amelia Employee, the issue persists. And the other roles that user has, aren't Amelia related, so they shouldn't have any effect on this matter.
Please, don't use the user "Adolfo Blanco" as a reference, as he is an admin and can effectively do anything on the website. He doesn't suffer this issue.
Apologies for the delayed answer. I went ahead a wanted to create a new user with Amelia Manager user role, but apparently, I don't have access, even though I have an admin user. I'm able to switch to Txelldu, but I can see that he is not able to edit the WP User with Amelia Customer user role. I'm not sure why since Amelia Manager has all the permissions, indeed. Let me investigate a bit more with developers and I will get back to you as soon as I have more information.
You can modify its roles, and any user's roles for debugging if you need, as you are in a development environment.
I've assigned it just the Amelia Manager role, and the problem disappeared.
Upon further debugging assigning it additional roles one by one, I've found that the role causing the problems is the Shop manager one, which is created by Woocommerce. When the test user had both the Amelia Manager and the Shop manager roles at the same time, the problem reappeared. This didn't happen when combining the Amelia Manager role with any other roles.
Additionally, the problem isn't related to specific capabilities granted by any of these roles, as I granted all individual WP available capabilities to the test user upon debugging the issue.
So, what can we do now to move forward here? Some of my users require this setup of having both the Shop manager and the Amelia Manager roles, so I can't just take the role away from them.
Apologies for the delayed answer. As we guessed at first, the issue is related to roles conflict. While you can edit the Amelia user role with the User Role Editor, unfortunately, there is no option to change the WooCoomerce roles (Shop Manager). We tried to match the capabilities of these two users (Ángel Camacho and Test), but Ángel Camacho still can't edit Amelia customers (332/321):
Unfortunatelly, we are not able to assist further since this is not related to Amelia. Perhaps, you can create one user account with Shop Manager that can be shared between the employees. I know it might not be suitable but otherwise, it creates a conflict.

Hi again,
The user "Txelldu" has Amelia employee user role, actually. (as well as the other user roles)
By default, an employee can't edit customers and can only see the appointment assigned to him.
In User Role Editor, not all permissions are enabled.
Also, the previous user "Adolfo Blanco" has multiple user roles assigned. This is creating a conflict certainly.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Sorry, the link was set to expire in a week. I reactivated it
