I have asked this question before, but the ticket was closed and no resolution or solution was reached.
I am not able to make a purchase using the Stripe payment method. I have verified with Stripe and my bank that everything is setup correctly except for one thing. I will include what they said below. They asked us to add something that I can't find a place to add from the settings and I need help knowing where to put it or if there is something else I have overlooked in the setup process.
Stripe Support Response: "We have noticed that your live mode Stripe integration is experiencing errors because you're not providing a return_url in your Payment Intent.
The return_url is the URL that your customer is directed to once they have completed their payment. As of version 2023-08-16 of the API, we now require that a return_url is provided upon Payment Intent confirmation. We recommend updating your code to reflect this change and to prevent any further errors."
I have attempted to resolve it by reconfiguring Stripe integration with new keys, but this did not change anything.
Can you please tell me where to include the return_url in the Payment Intent?
I will send a private response with access details.
Thanks for the feedback. Great to see that you were able to find the root cause of the issue. If the API keys are correct, the in most cases, it's the credit card that is the problem.
Anyway, should you have any other questions regarding other topics, feel free to reach out to us on a new ticket.
Thank you for responding. I don’t know why the first card was not working with Stripe as it works everywhere else, even on other sites stripe. This is why I was confused.
Anyway, this ticket can also be closed. We completed a test purchase and it notified the site owner.

Okay, this issues is also resolved. I guess the problem was on my CREDIT Card, because a different DEBIT card worked.
