If an Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.
There is an option in Google Calendar integration settings called "Maximum Number Of Events Returned". Increasing this number positively affects the number of appointments displayed in Google Calendar, so you want to increase it to a higher number. Please note that you need to enable "remove busy slots" in order to be able to increase this number.
Hello,
This problem always occurs, even when there are no appointments in the Google calendar yet or when it is the first booking for that day.
So the solution you suggested to me has no effect on this.
The free services are put in the agenda, the paid ones are not. So there's the difference. But I don't know how to solve that. Payment is made via Woo, CCV payment portal.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This is the site where the Google Cloud Console is located. You can follow the instructions from this link, as well. But, yes, you would need to confirm the access with the authenticator once I request access.
Hi Team Amelia/TMS plugins,
We have a problem with the automatic appointment in Google calendar.
When we have a free consultation of 15 minutes the appointment is automatically set in our agenda.
But when it is a paid appointment, the appointment is not automatically blocked in our calendar.
Only when we go to the appointment and select the appointment and click on 'edit' and then 'save' the appointment he is automatically in our agenda.
We set all our settings on automatically approved, so that is not the problem, what else can we check?
We want the paid appointments also automatically in our calendar.
Best regards,
Hilde
