Yes, of course. In notifications section if you click on create new you will be able to create a specific notifications for a specific service and there you will see the option send only this notifications. When you enable this option only the new notification will be sent for a chosen service.
This should help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
Cart notifications works differently this notifications is for for complete purchase. So you can test and see if it works for you or not. The choice is yours.
As for previous question if you created and activate new notifications and enabled to send only that notifications the other notifications for example general appointments approved will not be sent for this service.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Hi,
Is it possible to have a custom notification for just 2 services on the cart notification?
I want to only send the relevant information for 2 services, not the others as they are at different locations
Or if I turn the cart notification off, will it send the normal notifications for the relevant services purchased?
Thanks,
Duncan

Hi,
Yes, I've created a custom notification for the 2 services .
Do I have to turn the cart notification off and it will send separate emails for each appointment in the cart?
Thanks
Duncan
