    I have three employees but can only offer two services at any one time. How can I set bookings up so that only two of the three employees can be booked for the same time slot.?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. 

    Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.

    This way we can not know which license you have and if your license is still valid. If it is expired you do not have access to our support and we should mention that we provide support only for the latest version of Amelia which is 7.6.1.

    We hope you understand.

    That being said this is possible to set in Amelia with our resources feature that is part of Pro license. We do not know what license you have but if you have basic or standard you will need to upgrade to Pro license so that you can set this up via resources.     Hello Marko. The designer Pru Westwood of the thaimassagebliss website died in January this year. She had no backup and despite trying for some time, I have been unable to obtain the purchase code for the annual booking plugin fee. You must be aware that a licence was purchased and that the website has been operating since December 2023. I am now the administrator. You speak about abuse but the licence was for one year so is still valid. Your system must be able to identify the purchase of this licence in November or early December, and no doubt you will be sending a renewal notice before it lapses. Please accept that a valid and current licence exists for the web site and provide me with the purchase code so I can then write to you in what you refer to as the Amelia category. New Zealanders are not in the habit of trying to fiddle or abuse systems. I understand the issues you are raising, but hope you can understand my situation. It is very frustrating for me not to be able to genuinely and legitimately ask for support around this recently arising issue round booking appointments.

    Hello again,

    We are sorry to hear that and we will gladly check and provide you with a license code if you purchase a license from our site directly if you purchased a license from that developer then we can not do anything about it this developer was the owner of the license not you and in that case we can not give it you and also legally they do not have the right to resell our license and if they did that was a crime. They can offer our license to be installed on your site as some sort of deal when they develop your site but license as such legally they can not resell.

    You must understand that the person who bought a license is a true owner and they can develop site for 1000 people and install Amelia on their site but none of them is the owner.

    Further only the owner of the license can reach out to us for support none of their clients can reach out ot us.

    They are well aware of it since you and other people are this persons clients not ours since you did not purchase license from us as far as we understand.

    So if you purchase a license form our site you can send us some proof of purchase but if you bought it from that person then you are not owner of license and you are not our client and we also legally do not have right to give you this persons purchase code.

    So if you did not buy it from us and you want to update Amelia and have access to our support you will need to purchase a new license from our site on this link https://wpamelia.com/pricing/.

    Unless you provide us proof of purchase from us we can not do anything about it I'm afraid.
