We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi. Is it possible to set a different price for an appointment depending on the time of day the appointment booking is made for?

    Eg

    Book a dance studio between 10:00 - 15:00 at £xx.xx

    Book a dance studio between 16:00 - 21:00 at £yy.yy

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, this is possible. You need to have 2 employees that will work on the same service and they can different prices for the same service.

    So, employee A is working on that service for example from 09 to 15 and the price for that employee is 50$.

    And then you can have employee B that is working on that same service for example from 15 to 17 and the price for that employee is 70$.

    We plan to implement this option in Amelia in the future but for now, this can be achieved in this way.

    Also. you can hide the employee choice if you do not need it in customize section like this

    This is a workaround for now but we plan to implement this option in the future but for ow we do not have an eta on that. Hope thishelps.
