1. Cron is best to be set up by hosting provider you can do that on your own but it is easier just to reach out them so that they can set it on your server.
So, to test notification, you need to book an appointment, then simply copy the URL above (just change yourwebsite.com to your domain name) and paste it in another browser window.
3. But we had number of cases lately for cron showing as it being sent but no gets a notifications (this is not related to Amelia everything related to cron is related to your hosting) so even a hosting can say that they see it is sent but actually is not so in that case they need to try each one of 4 different setups to find the one that is working.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
What are the minimal steps to take to setup the notification settings and appointment to test if the cron setup is working properly?
Hello again,
This can be tricky. We will explain.
1. Cron is best to be set up by hosting provider you can do that on your own but it is easier just to reach out them so that they can set it on your server.
2. We will show how you can test cron
You can test the cron and see if it works this is the command: https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/scheduled/send
So, to test notification, you need to book an appointment, then simply copy the URL above (just change yourwebsite.com to your domain name) and paste it in another browser window.
