No worries we are here to help but on our devices, we can not replicate the issue and the page opens from the top, not from the middle. Please let us know what device you are using so that we can test this on that device also?

We have tested this on safari on several iPhone devices and on each one everything is working fine and we as customers

do not have any issues

You can try from some other device form some friend but when we try this on any iPhone we can note replicate the issue all is working fine.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that

we have found the issue only on iPhone 15 on all other is working properly and you need to add this script on that page

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.

You are most welcome and you can find instructions in the links that we have sent you. This is from wpbeginner so it is adjusted for anyone who has not done this before https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-easily-add-javascript-in-wordpress-pages-or-posts/. Just follow their instruction and all should be fine. Also, bear in mind that this happens only for iPhone 15 with other models that we have tested everything was working fine.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Not at all and we have checked this with our developers and we can confirm that there is a bug and this should be fixed in the one of the future update. This will not be included in the next update that will be released in few days but it should be in the one after that. We do apologise for the inconvenience.
