A few months ago I had to remove PayPal from my payment gateway as you did not give me solutions and now I will have to do the same for BIZUM (attached screenshots showing payments that have not been converted into Amelia appointments). In addition, I have downgraded from the Pro plan to the Standard because some of its features do not work for me and you do not solve the problems after 1 year of insistence and if you continue like this I will cancel my subscription with Amelia. Uros is a bad support agent and I beg for a quick and effective solution.
We reply on tickets in the order in which they arrive so we did not get the chance to reply yesterday. We do not work on weekends but we can test today or tomorrow (we can see that you do not want us to test today) so you can reply to us on the day when we can test or send us a staging site so that we can test there.
Today it will be possible juts to test it between 16-16:30h (Spain time). If not, we can meet for next Tuesday at the same time, but also later. Please let me know when and how, because always you say to test things simultaneously but it never happens.
Since we can not schedule testing we do ticket in order the arrive and most likely this will need to be forwarded to our developers if I can not replicate or resolve the issue. And we can not know when our dev team will be able to test this it is best for you to send us staging site so that we can test on our own.
Would you be able to provide us with a Staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user,
FTP credentials and the database access ( Either link with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or Hosting Panel),
so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the All-in-One WP Migration plugin. It will generate a file that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
Please note that this file will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
This way we will probably resolve it faster. Just make sure that you reply on private response so that only we can see the data since this ticket i public.
Yes our apologies for late reply, there are only 3 default rules in Payment Settings:
The only status in the WooCommerce order that you sent in the first comment is this:
So, when the order was created, the status was "Pending Payment" so it was changed to "Completed". You do not have a rule in Amelia for making an appointment when it is "Pending Payment". Therefore, changing the status to "Completed" does not affect any appointment.
So a rule should be created that will cover each initial status in WooCommerce (in this case "Pending Payment" on "Order Creation"). Then you need to create additional rules for "Order Update". You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/.
We are taking is seriously and we have sent you instruction what you need to change. As far as we understand you did not do as we have suggested. Please set it up as we have suggested and then try again. Once you try the solution that we have sent you please let us know if everything si fine after that.

For us to be able to test this payment method and see if there are some potential issue we would need few things from you
1. Permission to set your live mode to a test mode only during our testing then we will revert it to live straight away
2. Temporary admin credentials for site
Make sure that you reply in private mode so that nobody except us can see the data that you are sending to us

Yes our apologies for late reply, there are only 3 default rules in Payment Settings:
The only status in the WooCommerce order that you sent in the first comment is this:
So, when the order was created, the status was "Pending Payment" so it was changed to "Completed".
You do not have a rule in Amelia for making an appointment when it is "Pending Payment". Therefore, changing the status to "Completed" does not affect any appointment.

Quick answer but, if I don't ask for anything, how much time waiting then? Besides, this is not a reasonable answer because:
-Payments worked properly before (1-2 months ago) and I didn't change anything on Woocommerce and BIZUM & Paypal methods recently
-Payments process works fine with bank card methods

This ticket was related to Bizum not PayPal. Can you please elaborate more on the issue with PayPal? Are you using it via WooCommerce?
