I tried to configure the bookings form. We have 3 services and different locations. But not all locations can be chosen with any servic.
For example service 1 can be at location a and b and service 2 can only be at location b and c. Is it possible to create that on the bookingsform? So when people choose service 1, only the locations which are possible will be visible?
Work hours of the service as well as locations depend on employee work hours. So you can set that your employee is working on service 1 on locations 1 from 09 to 12 and then on service 2 and location 2 from 12 to 15 and then that is works on locations 1 and 2 on service 1 and 2 from 15 to 17
This you set in employee work hours.

Yes, this is a solution we do not know your schedule but you can set for example that you are working on beach Yoga from 09 to 12 and home visit from 12 to 17. Or if you want to offer both services at the same time but only different location you will need to create 2 employees and set that they are working only on one service at a time
emplyoee 1 beach yoga from 9 to 5 on the locations beach
employee 2 home yoga from 09 to 5 on the locations home visit
Then you can connect them both to the same calendar so they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
These are 2 sotion that we can offer you at this time.

You can now say "What i want is 2 services and customers can choose themselves at which location the have the service. It that possible?" This is possible with 1 employee you can provide 5 services on 5 locations at the same time you just need to set this in emplyoee work hours
But in in this setup customer can book Service 2 on locations 5. If this is ok with you then you use one employee.
If this does not work for you you need to create more employees. In that case you most likely want to book both employees as soon as one is booked.
1. As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to the [email protected] address.
2.This can be achived with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well.
They will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
These are only 2 solutions that we can offer you in that regards.
