In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

hi,
it’s hard to explain but you’ll understand if you click on the link from a mobile.
When I click on the service a new window with the option to book that service opens up. But the page that loads and opens always starts from the bottom. How can I have it to load from top instead?
Please see photo.
I need the page to load from the top showing
service …. Book and then below info etc.

thank you. I’m feeling so sorry for bothering you. I do have the issue in iPhone, I’ve asked my friend to try too and it has the same issue. It only happen with services on the bottom of the page. Get for example PMU Freckles.
If you can’t replicate the issue no worries at all, it’s not major.

how are you? I understand though we’ve tried from many mobiles and we replicated the issue in all of them. It seems an issue with the services down below in the bottom. The lower the service the lower it’ll be the new tab that opens up
