Thanks for reaching out to us. There are two categories of notifications, one is sent to the employees, the other ones are sent to the customers. By default, each time when there is a booking, they will both receive an email. In Amelia, there is a section named Notifications. If you open this, you will find all notification templates here 

Make sure that they are activated and you can edit them according to your needs.
