Hello! In my backend Appointments page, the option "+ New appointment" doesn’t show up and I can not edit any pre existing appointment, as well as, change the status. The selection is greyed out. I am the administrator of the WP, so I can't understand how can I not edit nothing in that specific backend page.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Yes, there was an employee with the same e-mail! I already changed it on Amelia and WP user panel as you told me to do.
However, the issue persists.
I notice that, on my users panel on WP, it still says my role is "Administrador, Amelia Employee", it didn't change when I added a new user and changed the email. When I try to edit that I can't, since the options don't appear on WP user panel.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Along with that, please provide me with the database access (phpMyAdmin) and I will assist you with this.
