How can an employee book in ad-hoc appointments to their calendar that happen during their non-core hours of work? Usually our business opens at 9am, but on occasion clients need an early morning slot, so they get booked in for 8am. This is not a function we want to have on the front end, so we don't want to change the business hours, but on these occasions how do we book them in in the back end system?
Hello Janet,
Thanks for reaching out to us. There is an option "allow admin to book at any time", but this option is only available for admins. Employees doesn't have this option and they will only be able to book within their work hours configured. You can find this option in User Role settings / Admin.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
