I have added some new services and a package of these but they aren't showing up on the Catalog booking form. I have made sure I toggled on 'Show service on site'.
1 service is showing but the other 2 and the package are not.
I have cleared cache on Wordpress, on hosting and one browser.
What I mean is there. I want to offer a package of 3 different services (a 1.5 hr call, 3 x 1 hr call, 1 x 2 hr call). I have created the services and made the package. However, I don't want people to be able to book those services by themselves, they have to be part of the package. Is this possible to do?
Thank you. This won't work as I have other services which I offer and want to be on the form. It was just hiding those specific three services that I wanted.
If I choose the service numbers but not the ones that are part of the package, it hides the package too if all those 3 services aren't shown. If I show just one of those services, the package reappears. Any solution to this?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

It's OK, I found out why - it hadn't been added to the employees days.
But have another question; is there a way to ONLY show a service as part of a package and not separately? Thanks
Hello Kate,
Thank you for reaching out to us and for the update on this.
Can you please elaborate on what you are referring to and I will assist you with this?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Kate,
Thank you for the update on this.
For that purpose, you can use the following shortcode:
[ameliastepbooking show=packages] if you have Packages enabled, and you only want to show packages, without services in the form.
Let me know if you that works for you or not.

Hello Kate,
For that purpose, you can use the following shortcode (example):
[ameliastepbooking service=13,2,1] – This shortcode will show only services 13, 2, and 1 in a “Step-by-Step” booking form.
Please let me know if it works or not.

Thank you. Does this also work with catalog booking which is what I'm using?
