I have one last question. In the previous version of Amelia, appointments booked online were immediately approved and the customer also immediately received a notification by email. I now see in general settings that the default status for an appointment is 'Approved'. And also the settings of the services I set the setting on 'Approved' (Goedgekeurd in Dutch). But you still have to approve in the backend, the default setting is 'Pending'. Where can I adjust this setting so that an appointment is immediately approved?
Dear support, hi Stefan,
I have one last question.
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Siard Aal
Hello Siard,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is because the minimum capacity is larger than 1 and thus the appointment will need to be approved if 2 people are not booked at the same time.
Please let me know if that helped you or not.
Kind Regards,
