In the notification I have an "appointment follow up" already created. As I offer different treatments I need to create different custom "appointment follow up" that will have different downloadable attachments to them and each appointment follow up has to be triggered by a specific service.
You can create custom notifications and choose a type for them. In your case, it would be triggered for a certain service and based on the appointment status.
You can create this for both employee and customer notifications.
