Booking recurring (repeating sessions) has become very buggy and is not working properly. Amelia is not delivering the requested amount of repetitions (see attachments) and even if it does, it doesnt respect the solicited repetition logicl (e.g., weekly), but gives you all sessions in the same week as the first one, which makes no sense. It seems that Amelia is not able to come up logical alternatives if the exact hour of the repetitions doesnt fit. This is regardless of me changing the related settings involving deactivating or activating suggestions "after or before" the desired unavailable date in the service settings. This wasnt a problem before the last update.
A client booked recurring sessions today and I didint receive email notifications, nor the usual zoom and google calendar integrations got activated. It was if like the booking never happened although Amelia generated a WooCommerce order and stored the sessions in the backend. This is a mistery to me because I just tried to replicate the bug without success, but I know that it had never happened before and it happend today.
Unfortunately, another "ghost" booking happend on my website. This time it was a single session, instead of recurring. In both "ghost" cases the appointments where registered in Amelia and in WooCommerce. Payments were recieved however no email notifications were sent and the google calendar integration didnt activate. The only way I realized about this new appointment was trhough the notification of payment. The problem seems to happen with the integrations and notifications. Can you please check into this? Its also not possible for me to give you acces to my website, because it entails private information of my patients.
Hi Santiago, I had a similar issue that occurred with WooCommerce, Elementor popups, and the setting of Amelia >> Settings >> Payments >> WooCommerce >> Redirect Page >> Amelia Add to calendar page. With this setting our clients were booking but the appropriate Amelia notifications were not being triggered and sent. I also noticed the final popup for the client does not show "Your Appointment is Booked" and this seemed to be a necessary trigger for integrations and notifications. This was never resolved so our workaround was to change the setting to Amelia >> Settings >> Payments >> WooCommerce >> Redirect Page >> WooCommerce Thank you page. Perhaps you can try this and it might work but I am still inclined for Amelia (TMS Plugins) to fix the issue with Elementor popups and the Amelia Add to calendar page.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
