Every time I modify the SQL query, the custom column order that I have configured it lost. Obviously this is very frustrating and means that a lot of time spent editing the order is lost.
I'm not sure where the plugin is pulling the column order from as it doesn't accord with the query or the order they're created in the database.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

It seems we are unable to reproduce this issue, if we edit our Query to call the columns in a different order, and hit "Save changes" on the Table settings, this re-orders them correctly;
but maybe we are not doing every step exactly the same as you are;
so would it be possible if you can please first record your screen and send me a Video so that we can see which steps you are doing and how this issue happens on your table?
If the video gets too large, you can upload to weTransfer and send me a download link.
If it shows any sensitive details, send it as a PRIVATE reply, for security reasons.
Then, when we see how the issue looks on your end - we can remote in and try to debug it on your Site.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens,
as well as FTP credentials and access to the database ( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),
so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
If you are calling this table from a remote Database (not the same as the WP Database), if you can also send us credentials to remotely access that external DB?
And in the end, if you can send me an SQL dump/export from the DB table - so I can import the table on my Database and try to reproduce the same steps with the same Query.
