I can assure you that our Plugin is working to create the tables; otherwise, we would have thousands of tickets about this ( which is not the case).
We are unable to reproduce this, so it must be either an isolated issue on your site or a conflict.
In some cases, it can also be if you are trying to make a linked table from a live source data which might reach too many rows or too many columns for your Hosting Server to handle - depending on the Server's limitations, Wordpress also has its own limitations, etc;
We will certainly do our best to help you isolate where the issue comes from.
I can see you isolated the conflict with CSS - Can you please elaborate and show us more details what kind of issue seems to be happening and what is causing the conflict?
You can show us some screenshots to clarify or a Video.

Ho appena pagato l'upgrade, installo e sul semplice pulsante crea tabella non funziona il clic.

Non è che tutti posso stare li a fare il debug al posto vostro.
