I just purchased the wp frontend admin plugin as suggested as I wanted the option to add appointment to the calendar from the front end. When I am logged into Wordpress I can access the page with the calendar without issues, when logged out and need to access the calendar page frontend it says error 404 page not found. The whole point is to be able to see the page in the frontend without being logged into Wordpress. how can this be fixed?
Also another issue with the calendar is the choice of times, it starts from 00, but my working hours are set from 09:00 to 18:00, I want to hide the rest please
This seems like the issue with that page not with Amelia. We say this because we can see the Amelia on another pages on your site and they are working quite fine without any issues
As far as we can see everything is fine with Amelia and we do not see any issues.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
your reply doesn't make sense at all. Did you check my message and did you check the screenshots I have sent? I am talking not that calendar but the calendar from the backend! perhaps read the message I have sent again and check the screenshots.
I am sorry it was me not clear, I am using a plugin called wp frontend admin top display the backend calendar to the front end.
Yes, we did read your message a you did not not mention that you are having issues with the backend and you have sent screenshot from the front end where the page does not work. If you are having issues with the backend we ould need to take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (new administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
