I need to configure a Service and 1 Extra in the following way:
Clients can make the reservation just at two times along the day, at 10h and at 16h. The service is 1h duration. Everything ok to here.
But, I also need to set up and Extra service, also 1h duration attached to the service above. This extra can be performed ONLY after service above. Or at least, clients booking the first Service should be allowed to book the extra service in the next step.
In Amelia, I can't find the way to configure service and extra like that, becuase if I set the Employee schedule from 10h to 12h, then the step by step wizard allows the client to make a reservation at 11h, which in the real world is not possible. In the other hand, if I set the employee schedule at just 1 hour from 10 to 11, there is no way to make a reservation with the extra service.
I can think about two possible fixes to this: The first one would be to link a service as an extra for other service in such a way clients can book the second service just after clicking in the first one, and the second one is to allow to configure a service in such a way that clients can make the reservation only at a certain time of the day, regardless how wide is the work schedule of the employee.
Actually, in my opinion, both possiblities would be well cosidered.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Allow me to explain a bit more about how Amelia works. Let's say that you have two timeslots that can be booked during the day (10h and 16h). Each service needs to have a duration configured and in your case, the service duration is 1h. If you configure the "time span" for your employee from 10h to 12h, Amelia will display the timeslot like this - 10AM - 11AM, 11AM - 12AM and etc. If you want your timeslots to be just one hour, you can configure it in employee work hours from 10AM to 11AM and configure "extras" for that particular service. You can configure duration, pricing and etc here, but the extras step will be shown before the date/time. You can configure the extras to be mandatory, as well.

Hello Alberto,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Allow me to explain a bit more about how Amelia works. Let's say that you have two timeslots that can be booked during the day (10h and 16h). I hope it helps.
