Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, currently, the days off are not visible in the backend calendar, but these timeslots won't be available for booking on the front end. Just to note, you should configure days off in employee settings, not in Global Work Hours.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Unfortunately no, since Amelia doesn't recognize the weekends as different days. The greyed-out column will only appear if there are no work hours configured for a certain day. For example, if you exclude the weekend from working hours, it will be greyed out.
I have closed a few dates from the 17th of June to the 24th and the calendar doesn't show those dates as closed.
Anyone could help please?
thank you

Hi Stefan,
Thank you so much for the kind reply. Then no way to display those days off in the calendar I suppose, shame.
What about weekends? anyway we can display those at least greyed out in the calendar ?
regards,
Simon
