I want to make an Event Booking Page, and my customers should be able to choose their city first and then the service. (i am doing that with categories, since i think there is no option to make them pick their location first).
After they have selected their Service, they should get to the check out mask, since the employee is irrelevent (per city is only one employee/team) - is that somehow doable?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Just to note there are differences between Events and Appointments. When selecting appointments, your customers will have the option to select a service (that is mandatory) while the location and employee selection fields can be hidden. (not mandatory)
Once a customer selects a service, the next step he gets is the Date / Time step (based on the service selection) and then the customer information. You can hide these fields in the Customization settings / Step by Step 2.0.

Hello Patrick,

Hey,
how can i do that? I am using the Amelia Catalog Booking Shortcode with Elementor.
Hello Patrick,
Actually, the catalog booking form will not show the option for employees/location, but rather the selection like this
I was referring to the step by step, since the first step is displayed like this
In order to hide these fields, you need to go to Customize / Step by Step v2 / Service selection and disable the option there.

Stefan Petrov

Yes, but it is it possible to skip the employee step on the catalog view?
Hello Patrick,
You can hide this field by going to Customize / Booking Form v1 / change the form flow to Catalog service
Select Step 2, scroll down a bit, and click on the pencil icon on the Employee field
You can turn on "display field" here.
Kind Regards,
